Joshua Garrity was granted entrance into Starfleet Academy after being one of only 14 survivors rescued from the Borite Mine in the Gorn moon of Taursus before it exploded. He graduated with high honours in a variety of engineering disciplines and certified as a field medic. Heyerdahl Station will be his second post since graduation.

Lieutenant Commander Silva born in Hellas Planitia Colony, Mars is currently the Executive Officer and Chief Security and Tactical Officer aboard the lead-ship of the Reliant-class USS Reliant under Captain Kirk Bailey.

Julian IX (Julian Alexander William Calder; born 30 September 2357) is the current King of the Union of Alpha Zeconis.

Julian was born in Lochmere as the first child of the Duke and Duchess of Faybeach, later King-Consort Vrabun and Queen Kathrynne X, and he was educated in the public school system. His mother acceded to the throne on following the death of her brother King Alexander VI in 2376, from which time he was the heir apparent . He began to undertake public duties during the Dominion War, serving in the Home Guard before transferring to the High Guard in 2375. In 2347, he married Princess Sunith, daughter of the Federation Ambassador to Alpha Zeconis.

Julian rose to become the King of the Union of Alpha Zeconis when his mother was assassinated in September 2382.

Born in 2355 to a pair of Starfleet Officers on a border outpost on the edge of Cardassian space. When she was two years old the outpost was attacked by the Cardassian during the Border Wars. During the attack the Cardassians boarded the station and massacred a majority of the crew before retreating when the U.S.S. Rutledge and U.S.S. Gettysburg arrived and rescued the survivors including the two year old Juliette Hewitt. She was sent to Earth to live with her maternal grandmother. She grew up in awe of Starfleet and joined the Academy after she graduating from High School.

In 2373 the Federation found itself engulfed in a war, and was taking extreme losses. All Academy Cadets were rushed through the Academy to fill vacant spots due to losses. Juliette was assigned to the Nebula Class USS

Graduated Starfleet Academy at the age of 21 with the rank of Ensign. Assigned as operations officer aboard the USS Roosevelt. During second year promoted to Lieutenant Junior Grade, put in for a senior officer position within the fleet and assigned to the USS Victory as their Chief Operations Officer. Served aboard the Victory with Geordi LaForge, and continued to serve in the Chief Ops position until promoted to the Victory’s First Officer. After his service on the Victory he went on to command the USS Hornet during the Klingon/Federation War. Then in 2378 he took command of the USS Alpino and commanded her until 2386 for which he was promoted to Rear Admiral of Starbase 11 as Operations Manager. Then in 2389 was promoted to Executive Officer of Task Force 72.

Lieutenant K’Laus presently serves aboard the Federation starship Pandora as Chief Supply Officer within the Operations Department. Though Klingon, K’Laus has spent most of his life far away from the Klingon home world and the Klingon culture. He’s an excellent tinkerer, tracker, and avid “reader” of holonovels. He has a strong curiosity about his ancestry and is in a constant pursuit to learn more about being Klingon and unraveling the truths about his family’s hidden history. He has previously served the Talarian military and in the Klingon Defense Force. He found love aboard the USS Pandora and is presently in a relationship with Lieutenant JG Vecon Fick, Chief Flight Controller.

K’Taal, as a Klingon, has a dour personality. However, this has been tempered over the years by her service in Starfleet, and while still
difficult to get to know, she is more open than she has been. Extremely loyal to her crewmates, K’Taal will do all she can to insure the safety of the
ship. However, she has a bit of a temper, and has been described as getting too close to those she considers friends, sometimes voicing unpopular opinions
in their defense.

K’Taal, while not nearly as well-muscled as male Klingons, nonetheless
keeps herself in shape. She has been described as physically imposing
by some people, although this may be more to do with her being Klingon than anything. Having been in Security most of her adult life, K’Taal has a keen mind for tactics and when force is both necessary and not necessary. This has particularly been useful in her Starfleet service, (2378-present), considering that Starfleet is more diplomatic than the Klingon Defense Force.

Kaden, Son of Kruel, is the Klingon Envoy assigned to protect the interests of the Klingon Empire aboard Starbase 38.

Kaksos was born to a warclan “OGlynn” of Talar just after the last conflicts with the Federation ended. Talar recognized the need to match technology to their foes and his generation was given the mandate to learn about technology. As a boy he learned guns, engines, sensor suites as a matter of military necessity. He loves to challenge himself with puzzles, and treats life like it is a hobby. He is a skilled engineer and mechanic, who was recruited by Starfleet Intelligence to join a Special tactics units for their operations within Talar. His carrer expanded during the Dominion War and his present service is meant to be relaxing. He has earned a high enlisted rank and has experience in a dozen wars. He has served in covert infiltration ops and loves a challenging heist.

A woman who had to grow up too fast, her background isn’t all that unique for a child of the Cardassian Occupation of Bajor. A veteran of the resistance and the Dominion war Kali knows how to take are of herself and actually enjoys getting into the thick of things. Caring for the Federation almost as much as she cares for Bajor, she’ll give up almost anything to protect it. Like many of her sisters and brothers who joined Starfleet out of the Resistance, Kali is an example of the promise that the Federation stands for; a better life for all through mutual understanding and respect.

Staff Warrant Officer Maddox is assigned to Hazard Team 14 of the Starfleet Corps of Engineers as the Damage Control Specialist, with the additional duties of Team Executive Officer.
