Lieutenant Liam McCarthy

Liam is all business. His job and his sports mean everything to him. He frequently is found working out to vent his frustrations or to stay in shape. Lieutenant Commander Lin Caran

Lin is thin, so much so that he could be described as gaunt. It is a product of a hard life with few nutrients at vital stages of his physical growth.
Much as he tries to put his past behind him, Lin is driven by hatred of Cardassia and all things Cardassian. As far as he’s concerned, the Jem’hadar raid on Cardassian was a failure because some Cardassians survived. If it was up to him, Cardassia would be left isolated and spurned; its people dying of starvation and disease brought on by their own actions.

Spouse: Arnys (deceased).
Children: None.
Father: Baril.
Mother: Manell Drin.
Brothers: Ranik (deceased – older).
Pariel (younger).
Sisters: None.
Other Family:
Lin does not speak about ‘other family’. Some died in the Occupation, some were collaborators. The latter are dead to him.

Lieutenant Junior Grade Livvie Ashilav

Theliv zh’Ashilav is an Operations Officer in the generation of Starfleet officers in a post-Romulan diaspora galaxy, born from parents that served or were directly affected by the events surrounding the Dominion War. Livvie, however, was quite rebellious in her youth, resulting in the abandonment of family traditions in serving in Starfleet as opposed to the Andorian Defense Forces, and the pursuit of a spirituality considered fringe and cultish by her lodge and clan. Spending time in different cultures’ monasteries and holy places at any opportunity, Livvie’s passion for faith-study is second only to her passion for Starfleet. She is skilled in materials science, starship power management, and transporter and replicator engineering principles.
