Lieutenant Tiberius Rain, you have been nominated for promotion to the rank of Lieutenant Commander for fulfilling the following requirements:

– Reaching Level 10 on Bravo Fleet’s Discord server
– Creating a complete character biography for Daniel Rain
– Listing 8 characters on BFMS
– Earning 20 Service Ribbons
– Joining the Bravo Fleet Security Office as a Staff Assistant
– Earning a Medal of Achievement

Congratulations on this remarkable achievement, and welcome to the ranks of senior officers!

Since returning to active status in August 2023, Tiberius Rain has proven himself to be a valued member of Task Force 86. Active in both our gaming and writing arenas, and an ever present staple in the TF Lounge on Discord, Rain is a vital member of our community and a great example of what Bravo Fleet is.

Since his return to active status, Tiberius Rain has gotten involved in conversations across the Discord server, where he’s achieved at least level 7, he has 5 characters listed on BFMS, most of which are for his primary command the USS Rubidoux, fleshed out a fantastic bio for is his titular character Tiberius Rain, earned over 15 Service Ribbons for writing an impressive 3,750 words, and completed the Character Creation Program in Bravo Fleet Academy.

In doing so, he has met all of the requirements and has proven himself time and time again to be a valued member of Bravo Fleet, so it gives me great pleasure to recommend Tiberius Rain for promotion to Lieutenant.
