It is my absolute pleasure and privilege to nominate R’Tor for the rank of Commander. A recent Silver Palm recipient, R’Tor has been active within Bravo Fleet since the day he started with us, participating in conversations, diving into graphics work, working away on his writing and with the recent opening of Task Force 47 was a keen and quick transfer to help us grow this new task force. He’s keen on the competitions as well with a bevvy of awards since joining the fleet in this capacity, something which will serve a good steading in the future and in support of TF47. Since his last promotion, he’s earned 3 Duty Ribbons, 41 Service Ribbons and 22 Combat Action Ribbons. To go along with his ribbons he’s earned an impressive collection of medals – 2 Action Medal with Moon Cluster, 3 Action Medal with Planet Cluster, 3 Action Medal with Star Cluster and 2 Action Medal with Galaxy Cluster to round out the collection. His contribution to Bravo Fleet members’ solid and dependable core will be appreciated, especially within Task Force 47. All of this is why I’m proud to nominate R’Tor for the rank of Commander. Go forth R’Tor and keep being a champion of Bravo Fleet!

R’Tor has been a solid contributor to the work of the BF Graphics Team producing not only a quality product that the recipient will enjoy, but also has gone out of his way to ensure the integrity of the graphic request system. I certainly endorse his promotion to the rank of Commander and look forward to his further contributions to the BF Graphics Team!

R’Tor is on fire folks! Combat Action Ribbons! Service Ribbons! Entering every competition that comes along and even taking away a few placings as well! Someone is definently engaged here! Being an active and contributing member of the discord community as well is hugely appreciated! For all of this, I’m recommending R’Tor for the rank of Lieutenant Commander! Go TF17!

Since his last promotion, R’Tor has continued burning a path of activity in his wake.
