USS Valor: Missing in Alphabetical Action

A routine scientific survey undertaken by the USS Valor has taken a rather peculiar turn. Following an encounter with an unidentified subspace anomaly, the ship’s senior staff has vanished. Stranger still, the ship’s crew has discovered that the senior staff was converted into a sequence of letters, scattered across an enormous grid of seemingly random characters.

Your mission is to search the grid and piece together Valor’s senior staff before the anomaly’s effects become permanent. Names may be concealed horizontally, vertically, diagonally, or even backward.
