The brave crew of the California class starship, USS Carlsbad, had returned home to Starbase 72 after a very long 18 months of duty, between a shakedown cruise and her first official mission, which was helping with a Galaxy wide effort to repel the Vaadwaur invasion.

Upon receiving new orders from Starfleet Command, after returning home to Starbase 72 and debrief, Captain Kirok Skyrunner and his brave crew have been requested and required to take command of the Ross class starship, USS Phoenix.

The Phoenix’s first official mission is a high risk mission that must be successful, at any cost.
