The promotion to Commander is a high mark for any member and today is no different. Ishrath Dal has shown vigorous activity across the many activities that Bravo Fleet has to offer in the months since their last promotion and shown they are ready to take the next step in their Bravo Fleet journey..

With their primary command, the USS Salvation, they have crafted deeply character driven stories that resulted in 51 Service Ribbons being awarded; nearly an astounding 13,000 words in all. Beyond solo writing they have earned 21 Duty Ribbons for their joint writing in the mission “The Thin Grey Line”, joining with the USS Farragut, Blythe, Culver City, Sacramento and Solvang; a clear demonstration of their drive to reach out and collaborate with other members of the Fleet. Turning our eyes to competitions, Ishreth once again shines. With an eye watering 41 competition entries, they have become well known to many as a creative workhouse on the competition scene. That effort paid off in spades, earning an astounding 6 Action Medals for their efforts: 2 with Moon Cluster, 3 with Planet Cluster and 1 with Galaxy Cluster for placing first in the “Fourth Fleet Diplomatic Operations – Fiction Vignette. On top of that they earned 17 Combat Action Ribbons for joining their fellow Bravo Fleet members in rounds of Uno and Jackbox Games.

It’s no surprise Ishreth was awarded a Meritorious Service Cross on 16 August 2025 followed by a Starfleet Medal of Commendation on 19 August 2025. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention a key part of this nomination: Ishreth’s service as Task Group Commanding Officer of Task Group 9. Having served in the role for over 7 months, the members of Task Force 17 have become accustomed to seeing Ishreth igniting conversations in the Task Force lounge, providing help to any member in need and delighting everyone with the weekly Caption Challenge.

When looking at their work and contributions to the Task Force and Fleet, it comes as no surprise that this nomination is being put forward. Activity, commitment, and hard work have been the backbone of Ishreth Dal’s time in Bravo Fleet and for those reasons we are pleased to nominate them for promotion to the rank of Commander!
