Since his promotion to Lieutenant Commander on April 22, 2026, Stormy has continued to make a considerable impact within Bravo Fleet. His work during this period has already been recognized with both a Starfleet Medal of Commendation and the prestigious Star for Distinguished Service, speaking strongly to the quality of his contributions along the way. Even beyond the accomplishments recognized by those awards, he has continued to build an impressive record through gaming, competitions, writing, and leadership, making his advancement to Commander a well earned next step.

Gaming remains one of the clearest examples of his remarkable activity within the fleet, with another 303 Joint Action Ribbons and an extraordinary 269 Combat Action Ribbons earned during this period. He has long been a familiar presence within Bravo Fleet’s gaming community, recently joining fellow members in games such as Jump Space and Among Us, along with regularly taking part in fleet Gaming Events. His hundreds of ribbons reflect not just an impressive amount of gaming, but the time spent sharing those experiences with other members and contributing to the social side of the fleet.

That involvement extends into the competition program, where he has entered another twenty competitions and earned an Action Medal with Planet Cluster for his performance. He also stepped behind the curtain to organize The Colludia Scatter (Word Search), creating an activity for other members to enjoy rather than simply participating himself. Completing the Competition Leadership Program further complements that work, adding competition creation to an area where he was already a regular participant.

Aboard the USS Dvorak, he has continued developing a collection of short stories that capture both the everyday rhythms and unexpected moments of starship life, earning five Service Ribbons along the way. Whether Captain Raymond Price is seeing valued crewmembers off to their next assignment, investigating the mystery of an abandoned salvage vessel, or simply discovering that a quiet evening with a vanilla latte has been ruined by tribbles loose across the ship, the stories give the Dvorak a sense of personality beyond its missions. His collaborative writing has earned another three Duty Ribbons, while completion of the Member Assets Program through the Academy reflects his continued interest in developing his skills within Bravo Fleet.

Importantly for this promotion, he has also demonstrated his willingness to take responsibility for others. For over two months, he served as Task Group 97 Commander in Task Force 21, supporting its members and helping maintain the health and activity of the Task Group. Being entrusted with that responsibility speaks to more than his considerable individual activity; it reflects the confidence placed in him as a member of the task force leadership team.

For his sustained contributions and the leadership he has demonstrated since becoming a Lieutenant Commander, we are delighted to recommend Stormy for promotion to the rank of Commander. Congratulations!
