The staff of Eos station is given a mere ten days to prepare for a large, high profile diplomatic conference. With delegations from the Ferengi, Kzinti, First Federstion amd Nybarite Alliance all signed on to attend, the station becomes awash with Diplomats, journalists, additional security and retinues of foreign attendees.

A mere hour before the opening banquet and welcome address an Orion Destroyer approached the station and a Romulan Warbird decloaks at the border less than 2 light years away, and both claim to carry delegations that wish to take part in the conference.

The wording of the public release from the Federation  External Relations Department seemingly left an open Invitational for ‘other stakeholders’ to attend the conference. The Federations lead Envoy must then make a fateful decision about whether to let them come aboard or not.
