With her twelve years of service marked by misfortune and bad luck, USS Missouri is, as far as the Sovereign-class goes, not a popular assignment. Some see the relatively new and powerful capital ship as a bad-luck magnet, or perhaps simply cursed by the ending of her predecessor in 2385.

Still fresh off her repairs after Frontier Day, though, Missouri‘s hard-luck streak may have met its match. Crewed by the brave- some would say insanely so- officers of the recently-decommissioned USS Lexington, Mighty Mo‘s reputation as a cursed ship must now face off against Charlie MacColgan and her crew’s own reputation for stubborn optimism and sticking in against the odds. Lucky crew versus unlucky ship- whose reputation will turn around first?

These are the voyages of the starship Missouri…

“Checkpoint duty?” Shymel sh’Insynaph was pissed. No, beyond pissed. As she stormed into Charlie MacColgan’s ready room, there was practically fire in her eyes and smoke coming out of her ears. The dagger-sharp glare bore into Charlie like a drill through rock, a stare that [...]
