Fogg Station (SB-51-TO)

Fogg Station, located in the former Demilitarized Zone along the Federation-Cardassian border, is home to the Joint Terraforming Project - a cooperative effort between the Federation and the Cardassian Union to terraform Naroli II into a Class M planet suitable for colonisation.

In early 2403, terraforming teams discovered a seemingly unremarkable cave system. Then they found a sealed door, hinting that Naroli II had not always been as uninhabited as it appeared.

Fogg Station’s mandate is threefold: determine what is behind that door, ensure that whatever is found is secured under Federation authority, and do both without giving the Cardassian Union, the True Way, or the New Maquis a justification to intervene directly.

Avery Quence liked field research. Or, more precisely, he enjoyed the idea of field research when it meant he could analyze the results from a position of comfort aboard the Shadow. He did not enjoy being part of the away team exploring Naroli II’s entirely unspectacular subterranean cave [...]
