Summary
Sheridan Layla Alder , (call sign: “Scarlet Dame”) is M.A.C.O soldier and is the Deputy Detachment Commander on board the starship Challenger (NX-03).
Appearance
Sheridan has a contemplative feel about her. Her friendly blue eyes are large and she has well-groomed eyebrows. Her short, fine, brown hair, currently dip-dyed at the ends with blonde shades is either styled upwards or into a small bob. Both of her ears are pierced and she has pierced her right earlobe. She normally wears dark eyeshadow, suitably-coloured foundation as part of the norm and pinkish blush with a pale pink lipstick. Sheridan has toned arms, a thick torso, and long legs. She has a number of different style tattoos on her the left of her neck going down her chest and across left arm and hand.

Personality
Few know the true Sheridan Alder, but if there’s anything you should know it’s that she’s caring and intelligent. Of course she’s also responsive, ambitious and confident, but they’re often slightly tainted by a mindset of being a bit pessimistic in certain occasions as well.
Strengths & Weaknesses
Her caring nature though, this is what she’s so well-liked for. Comrades frequently count on this and her incorruptible nature especially when they need comforting or support. Though she takes her job sometimes a bit too serious, Adler is known to let her hair down once in a while which can be quite surprising for those around her. She maintains an active lifestyle and will always give something new a go. She has been described as being fearless, passionate and reckless, her fearless and passionate traits also makes her narrow-minded while she undergoes a mission. Her focus is on the mission objectives, instead of including the people around her. She has been working on this since being promoted to a First Lieutenant.
Ambitions
Determined to walk on at least fifty alien worlds before she retires, Sheridan has planned a long lasting career ahead of her.
