Summary
Hillary Dinah Payne MB ChB, MSc, MD, PhD , is a Starfleet officer and the current Second Medical of the starship Challenger (NX-03). She previously served in the same position on board the Armstrong (NCC-100).
Appearance
Hillary has bright, dark eyes and satiny skin. Quite easy to look at, Hillary is quite beautiful with curly blonde-highlighted brown hair and eyes that tease and smile and glint all at the same time. With never-ending legs, toned slim arms, her slender appearance are all complimented by her stunning smile. Her joyful and calm manner help her patients feel at ease with the confidence she exerts when she is treating them.

Personality
Hillary is very intelligent and passionate about her work as a doctor and scientist, occasionally becoming excited at the possibility of observing extraterrestrial biology. She is generally a very compassionate and caring woman and is determined to help others through her work.
Strengths & Weaknesses
A sort of timid women, who was reluctant to go into outer space initially after joining Starfleet, Hillary has overcome this with help from her comrades becoming more assertive, brave and confident. Though not as prominent as her other traits, Hillary has a somewhat flirtatious side to her personality.
Ambitions
Surprisingly, Hillary has said she wants to become a chief medical officer on board a starship or another Starfleet installation. She thoroughly enjoys research, so she plans to carry on doing this and also wants to become a prominent and respected member of the Interspecies Medical Exchange.
