Amending the Bravo Fleet Charter, as proposed in this document, and the Bravo Fleet Magistrate Code, as adjacently proposed in this document. This vote is regulated by Article I, Section 3 of the Bravo Fleet Charter, requiring a two-thirds majority (67%) of the Bravo Fleet Admiralty.
