Amend Article 3, Section 2 of the Charter to include the Bravo Fleet Academy Commandant: “The Bravo Fleet Academy Commandant is charged with the administration and oversight of the Bravo Fleet Academy. This vote is regulated by Article I, Section 3 of the Bravo Fleet Charter and requires a simple majority (51%) of the Bravo Fleet Admiralty.
