Andrew (greenfelt22) formerly served as Task Force 72's Commanding Officer, the Logistics Officer, Community Relations Officer and was a member of the Bravo Fleet Command Council (now replaced by the BFCO).

Executive Officer, USS Magellan

Tinkering and Testing
She might be small and worth ignoring, but what she does will be helpful to all. Please join me in welcoming the Dumont-Class USS Kitsune helmed by Commander Mikey Clearwater. The Kitsune will be a testbed for new technology for the Federation, among much more.
Welcome to 72!
The Grass Is Greener… Is the grass really greener on the other side? What is the Cardassian Union up to? What do they really feel about the new Gavarian Exploration Agreement and the Alrakis Pact? The CUS Milithra, commanded by BlackWolf, seeks to find out. Welcome to Task Force 72!
Something Strange in the Neighborhood… Something strange is happening in the Inconnu Expanse. Deep Space Seven has been destroyed, our ships are encountering resistance, and our colonies are being terrorized. Most importantly, we don’t know why. Eager for answers, we have called on the USS Victorious, a Starfleet Intelligence asset, to seek out what is really happening in the Expanse. Led by Captain Aaris Perry, the Victorious will be thrust deep into the Expanse, hopefully to one day return alive. Welcome to the Victorious, and good luck.
A Legend Returns Home As chronicled by Homer, the great Ulysses has returned home. This mighty Galaxy class ship, commanded by Captain Colby Drayton, will be joining the USS Firebrand as Starfleet pushes once more into the Gavarian Frontier. Welcome to the Task Force!
And the New TFXO is… As you all are aware, Beaver decided to step down from the position of Task Force Executive Officer a few days ago as he plans to focus purely on writing. I certainly understand his position and am more thankful that he is still with us here in 72. Thankfully, the position is no longer vacant. It gives me much pleasure to introduce wizardbeard, CO of Memory Theta, as our new Task Force Executive Officer. Wizard will be assuming the role as Commodore Gareth Tau. The response to the help wanted ad was so overwhelming that I was able to follow the fleet’s by-laws and add a Task Group Commanding Officer. That person is Joey, CO of Starfleet Academy: Bajor. Because of her new position,...
Back To The Future! Task Force 72, in addition to keeping an eye on the growing tensions with the Cardassians, Breen, Tzenkethi and others, has begun to reach into the great unknowns and confront grave dangers. Among our newest efforts is a new initiative with the Department of Temporal Investigations! Please join me in welcoming the USS H.G. Wells, commanded by Commander EJ Matthews. Godspeed, Commander, and try to make sure history stays unaltered.
Task Force 99 Command Update Happy Monday, everyone! Bravo Fleet is celebrating its 21st anniversary this year. Its history has had its ups and downs, but without MBremer, there wouldn’t be a fleet to have a history of. Mike, and Starbase 400 and the Ares Group, returned to Bravo Fleet just a few years ago. Words cannot express how momentous of an occasion this was. His appointment in 2016 to be the Commanding Officer of Task Force 99 was also well received, and he directed the Task Force to a level of success that rivaled the days of old. Last week, due to some developments in real life, Mike tendered his resignation to the BFA. While we are sad to see Mike leave the Bravo Fleet Admiralty, we are grateful...
State of the Fleet – 2018Q1 Report The BFA is pleased to announce that our report for the First Quarter of 2018 is now complete. This report covers January 1, 2018 to March 31, 2018 and it summarizes changes and updates that have occurred throughout the fleet during that time, as well as outlines a few upcoming initiatives. Here’s a brief overview of the report: The first quarter of 2018 saw continued growth and additional changes for Bravo Fleet. For the quarter, Bravo Fleet grew from 67 to 72 sims, a total increase of 7%. Additionally, Fleet chat usage increased to 240 participants (11% increase), and over 708 characters have now been added to BFMS (17% increase). On the whole, the Bravo Fleet Admiralty is...
Double Promotion! My, time has flown! Since taking command six months ago, I have been strongly encouraged by Task Force 72’s environment and growth. Not long after I arrived, I had two sims join 72’s roster. Each of these fine games, along with their excellent COs, quickly became part of the Task Force’s foundation and have emerged as trend-setters for the fleet as a whole. For those reasons, and plenty of others, I nearby wish to recognize Commander Mrazak of Memory Theta and Commander McDonald of the USS Traveller. Effective immediately, both of you will be advanced in rank to Captain! Thank you both for all of your fine work In and Out of Character. I look forward to what comes next from you...

An Explorer of Galactic Proportions Ferdinand Magellan was a Portuguese explorer who first circumnavigated the Earth. Almost 1,000 years later, what better namesake for an exploratory vessel. The Galaxy class USS Magellan under the command of Captain Anjad Terax has been assigned to Task Group Athena in response to a buildup of force in the Inconnu Expanse. The tensions are high and the stakes are higher as the Alrakis Pact is born. Captain Terax and the Magellan’s crew will be going boldly into a new frontier where the lines between friend and foe will be blurred. Please join me in welcoming Aio to Task Force 72 Task Group Athena, and wish him well on his new adventures!
A New Training Ground! Will billions and billions of people in the galaxy, it's easy to assume that there are also millions upon millions that serve in Starfleet. And those personnel have to start somewhere, especially if Earth can't accommodate them all. To that end, Starfleet has opened satellite campuses around the galaxy, including its newest facility on Bajor. Assigned to this new campus is Commander Kennedy Harper (Joey) as its first commandant. New trainees are now expected to report to this campus for education, training, and preparation for a career of service. Welcome to Task Force 72!
Comings and Goings Happy Friday, Task Force 72! It is with great pleasure to announce a new arrival to Task Force 72. Please welcome Walsh, at the helm of the USS Firebrand as Commander John Reynolds, 72's first Vesta-class starship! The Firebrand will be focused on the Gavarian Corridor and relations with the Cardassian Union. Welcome to the team! On a somber note, I must also report the closures of Deep Space 12 and the USS Bellona. Both COs will continue to contribute to the fleet through other methods, and the development of the next phase of our canon, which I hope to announce in the coming weeks. Here's to the future! And again, welcome aboard!
Changes in the Task Force As many of you may already know, our illustrious TFXO, Major General Paul Potter (Moss) has been promoted to lead Task Force 38. I am certainly very excited for him, and I wish 38 and Moss great success. Moss is leaving Carnwenann station behind, so it is now an open command for anyone to assume. Moss will be missed, but Task Force 72 must move on. To that end, I am promoting our TGCO, Rick McGavin, to fill the position, and he is also promoted to the rank of Captain. The TGCO position will remain open for now, at least until we get a few things settled. Congratulations, Captain!
Fuller House It is with both sadness and joy that I announce several staff changes on behalf of the Bravo Fleet Admiralty. Due to time constraints caused by several different factors in real life (all good) JonM has come to the conclusion that he can no longer give Task Force 38 the time it needs and deserves to become the absolute best it can be. Jon has long served the fleet and has done great things for Task Force 38. Luckily he has agreed to stay on as our new old Bravo Fleet Internet Officer. I am convinced he will bring the same commitment to this Office as he has in the past. Jon will be using his character Admiral Allison Reyes. To fill the vacancy in Task Force 38, the Bravo Fleet...
A Promotion Happy Sunday, Task Force 72! It gives me great pleasure today to recognize a CO who has contributed quite a bit to Task Force 72, and the fleet as a whole. This individual has constantly been on the front lines, remaining ever vigilant in case all hell should break loose. In honor of her achievements, Senior Colonel Katana Leah (Leah) of Roosevelt Station is hereby promoted to the rank of Brigadier General with all rights and privileges therein. Congratulations, General!
TF72 Expansion Good evening, everyone! Per the Fleet's updated bylaws, I am happy to announce the appointment of a Task Group Commanding Officer, Woodland Mammal, who shall be taking charge of 72's Task Group Athena. Moss, our fearless and faithful TFXO, shall continue to lead Task Group Hermes. Over the next few days, there will be some shuffling among the existing Task Groups to even the load a bit. As such, the In-Character assignments, specifically the advertised Area of Operations, for the Task Groups shall be suspended while the Task Force itself adjusts to some changing focus with our storylines. Congrats, Woodland Mammal!
State of the Fleet – 2017 Quarter 4 With the month almost at a close, the time has come to release the fleet's final quarterly report for 2017. Much has happened in the final months of 2017, including some major structural changes, a multitude of growth, and Bravo Fleet hosting a widely successful convention. But, above all, was the fantastic writing coming from our most amazing community. Thank you all for a wonderful year, and here's to 2018! Click HERE to read the report
Sim and Player of the Year for 2017 It is that time of year again, time to announce the winner of the Sim and Player of the Year award. There were many deserving nominations and the votes were close as one would expect from the talented group of people we have here in Bravo Fleet. So without further ado here are your winners for 2017. And the winner for Player of the year 2017 is...... Lieutenant Chelsea McDanielson : Few players are capable of writing a character that behaves outside of the players’ own personality and, fewer still are players’ able to write their character with one personality and an NPC with the polar opposite personality. Sarah has managed to do both by writing her primary character as an...
Change In Command In today's Starfleet, shakeups are nothing new. Such is the case for the USS Ark Royal. Commander Scott Parker has been transferred to a new assignment. But the Ark Royal will not be returning to the mothballs. Command has been transferred to Commander Charles McFadden effective immediately. Welcome to the center chair, Commander!
By-Law #1 Update First off let me just say, on behalf of the BFA, we hope you have a wonderful Holiday period and a Happy New Year! Stay safe! On to business. While the work on By-Laws #2 and #3 is ongoing, I am please to announce that By-Law #1 has been reworked. A lot of superfluous text has been removed, outdated references have been removed, and the whole of By-Law #1 has been updated. This also includes the addition of By-Law #1.4, which is the return of Task Groups to the CoC. As it stands now these changes are specifically the structural By-Laws, which include #1.1 - Member & Staff Duties #1.2 - Bravo Fleet Timeline #1.3 - Task Forces #1.4 - Task Groups #1.5 - Departments
Who Ya Gonna Call? Every ship has an engineering team, but they are generally qualified to repair and enhance the ship they serve on. Sometimes there's a job that not even Scotty can handle. When that day comes, who will you call? Hazard Team 14, that is! This Team, codenamed Valkyries, is a member of the Starfleet Corps of Engineers. They are deployed to handle planetary evacuations, building, support in war efforts or simply repair duties that are required to be done by Starfleet. Under the leadership of Lieutenant Kathryn Waltz (BlackWolf), Team 14 is assigned to Starbase 72. While it is stationed there, they answer both to the Starbase Command staff and SCE. The USS Earhart, an Argo Class Shuttle,...
Attention to Orders Happy weekend, Task Force 72. I find myself privileged on this cold December morning to recognize a particular individual within Task Force 72. In recognition of completing the Academy, and achieving active status with his sim, it is my pleasure to promote Lieutenant Commander Remas McDonald of the USS Traveller to the rank of Commander, with all rights and privileges therein. Congratulations, Commander!
Blast From The Past It is with great pleasure that I welcome the USS Providence to Task Force 72! And, yes, that is your classic Constitution-Class starship you see above. Led by Lieutenant Commander Rick McGavin, the USS Providence is pulled through time from the 2270s to 2388! The crew must not only come to grips with the fact they can never go home, but they also must acclimate to a timeline more than a hundred years ahead of them. We are excited to have the Providence with us in 72. Please make them feel welcome!
What A Year! Happy December, Bravo Fleet! As we come to the end of an exciting year, the Bravo Fleet Admiralty wishes to thank each and every one of you for your commitment and participation in this fine community. Bravo Fleet has come a very long way in the last 12 months. The fleet isn’t just better for it. It is thriving! None of this would be possible without each and every one of you, and we applaud you for everything you have done and written. The BFA is pleased to make a couple different announcements today. First, we are excited to announce that our Constitutional overhaul is complete. Recently, we finished and posted our changes to Articles III and V. Without going into major detail,...
A Promotion Happy weekend, Task Force 72. I find myself privileged on this Saturday morning to perform my first promotion as your Task Force Commanding Officer. In recognition of completing the Academy, and achieving active status with his sim, it is my pleasure to promote Lieutenant Commander Mrazak of Memory Theta to the rank of Commander, with all rights and privileges therein. Congratulations, Commander!
Members Rights Announcement Happy November everyone. As 2017 comes to a close, the Bravo Fleet Admiralty is hard at work on several initiatives. We hope to have news on many exciting ventures in the days to come. For twenty years, Bravo Fleet has set a standard for simming in the online roleplaying community. We’ve made mistakes, and we have learned from them. One of the most important things that we have learned as a Fleet is that we are nothing without our membership. It is because of our excellent player base that our Fleet has grown to proportions not seen in years, and we could not be more grateful. Bravo Fleet draws its strength from its diverse player base, and we value every member of our community....
State of the Fleet – 2017Q3 Report The BFA is pleased to announce that our Report for the Third Quarter of 2017 is complete. This report covers events in the fleet from July 1, 2017 to September 30, 2017 and summarizes changes that have occurred in the Fleet during that time. Here is a brief overview of the report: The third quarter of 2017 saw continued growth and additional changes for Bravo Fleet. Following the governance and policy changes implemented in the first half of the year, Bravo Fleet has continued fine-tuning its rules and processes. In addition, the Discord channel continues to be popular with the community. The number of sims available to our community increased by 14%. Additionally, Fleet...
Update to the Cardassian Advance Relations between the Cardassian Union and the Breen have never been this tense. Prior to the Dominion War, the Breen preferred to keep to themselves, rarely pushing against the Federation and Cardassian borders or allowing anyone inside theirs. The war changed many things, including emboldening the Confederacy. When the war ended, though the Breen was forced to concede territory to the Federation and the Union, the Cardassians were left in a bitter situation. The Breen and the Federation clashed multiple times over the next decade as the Breen tried to reclaim the sectors they conceded, only to fail at each turn. Their inability to win a simple conflict has downgraded their status on...
Home of the Darkest Secrets Starfleet has many secrets, and those secrets must be guarded. For that purpose, Starfleet has commissioned Memory Theta, a hub for top-secret research and artifacts that must be kept far away from daylight. Representing Memory Theta is Lieutenant Commander Mzarak. Welcome to Task Force 72!
The Traveller Has Come! No, no. We're not talking about giant marshmallow men. The USS Traveller has come to Task Force 72. This Ronin class vessel, under the command of Lt. Commander Remas McDonald, has been outfitted for a unique mission: to explore Messier 4, one of the many globular clusters found orbiting above the disc of the Milky Way Galaxy. The Traveller will be returning to Star Trek's core themes of early space exploration, where the dangers were prevalent and the risks worth the glory of discovery. Welcome to Task Force 72!
Out of the Mothballs! An old ship with a respected name has been brought out of the mothballs to give a troubled officer a chance at redemption. The Ambassador Class USS Ark Royal now flies again with Lieutenant Commander Scott Parker in Command. However, the ship's age and condition, though not falling apart, is not the beauty she once was. As such, her missions are geared more towards scientific research/discovery and diplomatic disputes. Confrontation needs to be avoided as much as possible. Assigned to Task Force 72's Task Group Hermes near the Inconnu Expanse, Commander Parker must overcome the after-effects of a court marshal, reclaim his dignity and do the Federation proud. Welcome to Task Force...
August Monthly Awards The 3rd Quarter is nearly complete with August now behind us. Here now are the Fleet’s winners for Player and Sim of the Month! Player of the Month TF9 - Lt. Infobase Now Accepting Submissions! Bravo Fleet is among the world’s most premier collaborative environments. For the last twenty years, we have entertained thousands of players and just as many simulations as we have continued to explore the Star Trek Universe that we all love so deeply. Many of our players and simms have created a variety of new scenarios, species, planets, spatial phenomena and even expanded on the existing cultures that we have come to love. In a collaborative world such as ours, we have a great desire to share what’s been written. Alas, websites come and go, which means that information can be easily lost to the sands of time, and in many cases it will be gone forever. That’s where the...
Command Authority Update To: All Federation personnel, starships, planetary outposts, space stations and civilian traffic within the Alpha Quadrant. From: Vice Admiral S'iraa (Commanding Officer, USS Dreadnought, Task Force 72) RE: Important Updates!!! For some time Starfleet has engaged in negotiated trade with the inhabitants of the Jetrada System. With the aid of Starfleet the planet's population has grown swiftly and as a result so too as its industrial output. Jetrada III has a unique mineral that enhances the materials used for Ablative Armour, Hull Plating and starship space frames. A mineral that has been of some interest to the Starfleet Corps of Engineers who want to further investigate applications...

Article IV of our Constitution, relating to the Structure of the Fleet, has been updated to reflect our efforts to revise the Constitution into a solid structure. Items pertaining to day-to-day operations have been shifted over to the bylaws. This includes how our Fleet Timeline operates, as well as sim rating changes. All in all, there will be no effect in gameplay. The full text for Article IV can be read here in our Constitution, as well as the bylaw changes for the Timeline and...

By My Furry Graces Greetings One and All, Due to the continued effort and productivity, ensuring that members of the simm are engaged and creative in the content that is made for not just others on the simm to write but also outsiders I would like to do a first since assuming the role as Teh Kitteh Overlord of Task Force 72. On this day I promote Commander Temple of the Pandora to the rank of CAPTAIN. I hope to see the Pandora continue on its ventures and granting more people the opportunity to read and enjoy the content that he and his crew create. Congratulations!
Quarterly Awards – 2nd Quarter 2017 Happy Friday, Bravo Fleet! It is my honor, on behalf of the Hall of Honour, and the Bravo Fleet Admiralty, to announce the winners of our Second Quarter Awards! Anyone who received the Player or Sim of the Month Citations During April, May and June 2017 were eligible for these awards, and the winners are decided by the whole of the Bravo Fleet Admiralty. This quarter's votes were among the most difficult decisions the BFA has had to make in recent history. All those who were considered are among our most talented and deserving players and sims, and we are grateful that you have chosen Bravo Fleet! And now, on with the awards. Player of the Quarter - 2nd Quarter...
June Player and Sim of the Month Awards Oh my! 2017 is officially more than halfway through and it has been quite an eventful year so far. The time has come to announce those who have received the Player of the Month and Sim of the Month awards! PLAYER OF THE MONTH 9 - No Nomination 38 - Lieutenant Commander Matthew Clayden, USS Infinity On a ship with a combat-orientated Captain and mission, Clayden serves as the Engineer, not a soldier. Clayden did a great job writing his interactions and interplay with his new CO. 72 - Lieutenant Commander Xavier Patrovski, USS Dreadnought In light of the continued effort overcoming many difficulties both in simming and personal in nature, Xavier has stuck with it for over...
Monthly Reports Update On behalf of the Bravo Fleet Admiralty, I want to thank all of our Simm COs for their diligence in getting their monthly reports in on time. I know for many of you this seems like a nuisance, but they really are quite effective for our TFCOs and our leadership in many ways. Not only have we been able to identify problems and work towards solutions with individual sims, we’ve been able to recognize sims and players for their efforts, whether that recognition comes through awards or writeups on the Infobase to be eternally etched into Fleet Canon. Today, the BFA would like to announce a very minor bylaw change concerning the Monthly Reports (Bylaw 1.2.2.8). This bylaw previously...
Hall of Honour Recognition – July 6, 2017 Happy July, Bravo Fleet! We’re just six days in and it’s already been an exciting month. In case you missed it, Bravo Fleet has been nominated for the 2017 Squiddie Awards, along with our very own JonM (Admiral Michael Drake) and Starbase 400. The official winners will be announced soon, and we hope to bring that announcement to you all quickly. Before I announce our award recipients (there are over 25 today), I must issue an apology to all of Bravo Fleet. This announcement will be covering awards that were issued as far back as May. Due to so much being announced with the May Monthly Awards last month, the Hall of Honour elected to release the sheer amount of awards...
Changes to Player and Command Limits As the month of June ends, the Bravo Fleet Admiralty is pleased to announce a couple of By-Law changes related to character and command limits. In regards to the character limits, the BFA took a critical look at Bylaw 1.2.1.2: A player in BF is allowed to be an active member of no more than 6 simms across BF. Anyone who posts to the simm at least once every 3 weeks is considered an active member of that simm and should be reported in the CO’s monthly report. At the discretion of the CO, a player may control or ‘own’ secondary characters or NPCs on the simm but the player must designate which is his primary character for purposes of promotions, awards, and simm reports. A...
May Monthly Awards This month there have been a lot of changes to the way the awards system within Bravo Fleet will operate. As approved by the BFA the following changes will be taking place within the Hall of Honour Program: Sim of the Month will be getting an overhaul. Firstly there will be a Fleet Level Sim of the Month which will be selected from those nominated by each of the five Task Forces. Second; A BFA Level award will be created to allow for BFA member’s games to be recognized. This was adopted in response to feedback from among the community that BFA Member Sims seemed to be awarded more than other sims. We hope that this will encourage more fairness with these awards. With that...
Joint Chiefs of Staff Named Several weeks ago, the Canon Workgroup, as prompted by Moss, Kai1701E and members of the BFA began work on naming the Starfleet Joint Chiefs of Staff. It was the Workgroup's goal to name these as NPCs that can be utilized by the fleet at large for whatever story purposes our players needed. It is my pleasure to announce that this procedure has been completed, and that the list is now live on the Infobase (which can be found here). Over the next few days, bios and pictures will be showing up, as well as a bit of a cleaner look to Starfleet's Departments that are listed there. Thank you for bearing with us, and we hope you will enjoy using these characters.
BFMS Fleet-wide Open Positions List & Character Updates Whether you've just stumbled across Bravo Fleet or you're a seasoned veteran, finding that perfect sim to join can prove difficult. You know what position you want to play, and you may even have a preference towards a theatre or ship class, but how do you find that perfect sim that satisfies your interests? In the past, you've probably dug through the task force listings, opening up each sim site and going to their manifest, but there's now an easier way to get started with your search! A collaboration between the Internet Office and the Community Relations Office, we have now launched a Fleet-wide Open Positions List: Through the Bravo Fleet Management Systems, each sim's CO can...
New Fleet Server Infrastructure Following an outage last week, the Bravo Fleet Admiralty has several announcements regarding Fleet internet services moving forward. Core Infrastructure Over the past few years, Bravo Fleet has added a number of new Internet services to keep up with the growing needs of the community. These services have placed additional load on Bravo Fleet's web host (NetGeezers, administered by Darian), which in turn has led to slower response times and several outages. In an attempt to address this, the Bravo Fleet Admiralty began piloting a new cloud-based cluster on Digital Ocean earlier this year. For the past several months, this cluster has supported the Bravo Fleet Management System and...
Apr Monthly Awards and Quarter 1 Awards for 2017 Welcome to the awards for April 2017. We also are announcing the Quarter 1 awards. Soon I will also be working with the Logistics Office staff to provide a survey to members of the fleet for input on the upcoming potential changes to the awards program. Please keep an eye out for that to help shape the future of this program. The OOC awards for this period will be released on or around June 1. Please also be sure to check out the Player Experience Workgroup for the Awards Program Report which I have posted for this month. Upon advice from members of the community we have resumed listing reasons for winners of the sim of the month. Thank you for your feedback! Sim of the Quarter (Quarter...
Community and Task Force 38 Update First and foremost, on behalf of the Bravo Fleet Admiralty, I want to thank this fine community its patience and understanding as make several leadership changes to best support the community we all know and love. Today, I am privileged to announce that JonM has been appointed as the Task Force Commanding Officer for Task Force 38, a lateral transfer from his previous role as the Bravo Fleet Internet Officer. JonM understands the frustrations of the COs in the Task Force and has pledged to offer not just more lasting solutions but also a richer and more stable ecosystem for the current sims and for anyone wishing to explore the Delta Quadrant. JonM will take up command as Admiral Michael...
New TFXO in 99 We have a new TFXO in 99. First I want to thank Solaris for his time as TFXO. Steve did really well and needed little guidance. He'll do well as 72's new TFCO. Now, I'm happy to announce 99's new TFXO is Camila Di Pasquale aka Commodore Aravan of the USS Triumphant. Congratulations! While the Triumphant has only been active in BF a year or so, the sim was active outside BF for several years prior. Reports are always in on time with little to no reminder, active in the discord chats, friendly and level personality, but like me doesn't put up with foolishness...these are just some of the traits our new TFXO brings to the table. Also, Josh aka jhina is still our Command Adjutant and...
Governance Changes Announcement From time to time, Fleet responsibilities have a way of pulling us all from the core reason we're here in the first place: writing. It is thus with bittersweet emotions I announce Adren Bahrat Noth (Community Relations Officer), Leah (Task Force 72 Commanding Officer) and Kai1701E (Task Force 38 Commanding Officer) have each independently decided to step down from the Admiralty to refocus on their sims, the USS Equinox, USS Cairo and USS Nogura respectively. Collectively, these three have served over half a decade on the Bravo Fleet Admiralty, and, while we'll miss them on the BFA, we look forward to seeing where they take the stories of their sims going forth. In Leah's place, the Bravo...
A Change in the Bravo Fleet Command Council Real life constraints are an ever-present specter that get the better of us all from time to time. I am afraid that, on account of such constraints, Tom (Admiral Anatole Lazarus) has decided to step down from the Bravo Fleet Command Council and the Bravo Fleet Admiralty. I would like to thank Tom for his long service for the Fleet, including his recent return from retirement to help us pilot our new governance model. His influence can be felt across the Fleet from the work groups and other methods of community empowerment to much needed improvements in our rules and procedures. In Tom's place, the Admiralty has appointed greenfelt22 (Vice Admiral Zachary O'Connell) to the Command...

Following the departure of the Bravo Fleet Commanding Officer at the beginning of January, the Fleet...

Intelligence Forces Join 93’s Ranks! It is my honor to welcome the twelve simulation towards Task Force 93. The unit, designated as Delphi, under operational management from Earth-based Beta Quadrant Powers Section of Starfleet Intelligence, is designed to receive information from the SFI’s beta quadrant outposts; whether they be assets, listening posts, personnel in the field, ships and starbases. The unit will analyze information received and act as needed. The unit will also conduct its own operations within the purview and authority as allotted to them by Starfleet Intelligence. The base/unit is under command of Lieutenant Commander Leonora Wollf . Congrats and again welcome to TF93!

Sim of the Month TF9: USS Triton TF38: USS Nogura TF72: Deep Space K-17 TF93: Outpost Curtiss TF99: USS Dreadnought Player of the Month TF9: Lieutenant Sr'asi (USS Scorpio) - Orion Great storytelling, activity and extreme commitment to the cause. Congratulations Are In Order One of the fun things I get to do as a TFCO (and sim CO) is rewarding players that work hard, are active in their sim and the community, and have a respectful and friendly demeanor toward his fellow simmers. We have several people in TF99 that have those qualities, and that's one reason I love this TF so much. That said, one member of TF99 has gone above and beyond for years now. His sim in TF99 has been active for over four years, which is saying something for a sim that's not set in the popular post-nemesis timeline. It's my pleasure to promote the Commanding Officer of the NX Endeavor, Edward Pearson, better known to everyone as CaptainPorthos to the rank of Commodore! Keep up the...
A New Sim Joining The Ranks That's right folks a new sim is joining our ranks here in Task Force 72 and Bravo Fleet, I would like to welcome Lieutenant Commander Maxwell Pierce who has taken the reigns of the USS Nomad an Excelsior - class Refit who will be placed in Task Group Hermes and will be operating in the Inconnu Expanse. I am excited to see the stories that the Crew of the USS Nomad will write. So please take this time to welcome them to the Task Force as well as Bravo Fleet. Again, Welcome Lieutenant Commander Pierce and crew of the USS Nomad to Task Force 72!!!
We Never Stand Alone! It is with great pleasure and pride to announce two new simulation to be added towards our wonderful Task Force. They will help us with their unique stories in the Raeya Transit Corridor and aid us with SCE support from close to Draken System. I would like to present the following simulations to you now, under the command of Captain Wyatt Hickerson ( Confusedfire ), Outpost Curtiss will be guarding our RTC entrance, support our ships, aid our troops at the Gorn borders and safe harbor the sectors! This while we have Lieutenant Commander John Dodge in command of the USS Explorer that will aid the Raeya Transit Corridor in their need of support, help or any related conflicts! I wish...
Yes, TF99 Has Another New Sim! Let me take a moment to welcome another new sim to Task Force 99 and the Exploratory Division, the USS Delphinus, a Constellation Class ship. Everyone already knows her CO, the one and only greenfelt22 so we know the sim is in great hands and will be a big hit. "Set in 2293, the USS Delphinus, freshly returned to the Klingon/Federation border with an inexperienced crew, responds to a distress call just outside the neutral zone. The call is found to originate from a Federation colony ship that laid roots on the planet shortly before the Four Years War. The Delphinus arrives to find the planet is succumbing to a strong ionization force, making life difficult on the planet...
Theater Changes to Output Resources Good day, There are some changes within the Task Force that are required to be done so that a smooth transition is performed and that operations within all sectors are within saved barriers. First I would like to thank tara for her work she has done for the Task Force in her position as the Task Force Executive Officer, however, due to certain obligations she has stepped down from this position. Therefore I would like to welcome Sinara as the new Task Force Executive Officer, he will operate in the Task Force Senior Staff as Captain David Hawkes whom will serve on the USS Fenris in the Raeyan Transit Corridor. However due the fact that we will have the USS Thoth and now USS Fenris...
Troops Are On Their Way! It is with great pleasure and honor to welcome back orion74656 as Captain Axon Vendrest to our fleet. He will be commanding the USS Odyssey, a well-known name that has served our fleet for quite some time. Captain Vendrest will be aiding Task Force 93 in the Raeyan Transit Corridor to calm down the Romulans and help them to get their Empire back together! Again welcome back!
TF99 is Growing! It's my pleasure to announce Task Force 99 has another new sim, and in the NX Era no less! Welcome Lieutenant Commander Ben Isakov and the NX-04 Discovery! LtCdr. Isakov is played by long time BF member JP Saylor and he's working on getting a site online and recruiting and I have a feeling Discovery will be active very soon and off on her adventures. TF99 is now up to 16 Sims and 2 FanFics. Keep up the great work everyone, you're all doing great!
Changes in TF99’s Command Staff After going through a few nominations and talking with some of them, I'm happy to announce that Steve aka Solaris is taking over as TF99's new TFXO! Many of you know Steve, he's been around BF nearly as long as I have. His experience is vast, he's been a TFCO and BFCO in his career. His knowledge and perspective on things will be a great assist to the Task Force and all of the COs. He's brought his sim the USS Dreadnought to TF99's Ares Group. It's also a pleasure to announce TF99's Alternative Division has a new Command Adjutant. Most of you know Josh aka jhina as the CO of the DFS Lavie in 99's Alt group. He's also a long time simmer with a lot of experience. He'll also be a great...
Appointment of a new TFXO Following on from the updates yesterday, I bring you some more positive news. Task Force 38 has a new TFXO! It gives me great pleasure to announce that Fallon, aka Commodore Graham Cantos, will be transferring to 38 from our friends in Task Force 99. With him comes his sim, the USS Devonshire. It will take some minor changes, but the Devonshire will join Project Outreach on our mission to reconnect with the Delta Quadrant. I look forward to working with the good Commodore to further improve the Task Force and really drive the canon forward. Welcome, Commodore!
A Few Updates – Task Force 38 What a busy few weeks it has been! There have been lots of developments and I thought I would take this opportunity to fill you in on some of the more recent ones. Firstly, it is with regret that I announce that James, aka Brigadier General Christopher Mitchell, has stepped down as both TFXO and as CO of Anchorage. I'm sure you all join me in wishing him well. I have begun the process for appointing a new TFXO and I hope to have an announcement in the coming days. I also had to make the difficult decision to close two sims for inactivity. I can confirm to you that both the USS Boise and the USS Vanguard have been closed. If you were on either of these sims and have not been contacted,...
Return of the Solstice It is with great pleasure that I get the chance to welcome back an old face to Bravo Fleet and Task Force 9, QuodEroSpero has applied to once again command the USS Solstice within our Task Force and I look forward to his stories. He will be commanding the Solstice with Captain Autumn Darby-Holmes as his character.
TF9 XO Appointment As you all know our previous TFXO Kai1701E has been promoted to be the Task Force Commanding Officer of 38. I wish him all the best of luck and know he will keep that Task Force great and make it even greater. Ever since his promotion I have been looking for a viable replacement and most of the time has been spent deciding between some excellent candidates. After much consideration and conversations with others I have decided that JamesG is the best person for the job. Ever since becoming part of BF as a member of the Nogura James has shown a great attitude towards both simming and the fleet. As CO of the Vindex he has excelled and he has shown himself incredibly active on the fleet...
Active and Pip It Up! The USS Southern Cross barely touch the ground and its game master already achieved to get a full crew manifest of more than six players. But that is not all, oh no Sinara did not stop there. No Sinara also finished the Academy Command Course and that, oh yes that requires a good fix! Lieutenant Commander Jack Lashmore is no longer a Lieutenant Commander! No! Jack shall bare the weight of that pip of Commander from this day forth! Congratulations Commander!
Some Announcements I would like to make some announcements, first of them all is I have reached enough sims that I was able to split into Task Groups. Exciting right!?! but I have decided to do something different then the other Task Force's in regards to those Task Groups. Now your wondering what have I done? Well I have closed the Command Group that usually only housed TFSS Sims, why would we be anymore special then the other sims in the Task Force? None so I have created two new Task Groups that myself will be in one and Moss will be in the other. Task Group Athena: Will be for the Cardassian/Breen area and will have the following sims. Roosevelt Station (TFHQ) Deep Space 12 USS Bellona ...
Sim/Player of the Year and 4th Quarter Awards! Players of Bravo Fleet, on behalf of the Bravo Fleet Admiralty and the Hall of Honours, I consider myself privledged to announce today the final awards for 2016. Player of the Month - Quarter 4 Lt. Cmdr. David Stross Executive Officer & Chief Engineer, USS Jericho Sim of the Month - Quarter 4 USS Vindex, Task Force 9 Captain Claudia Ainscow, Commanding Immediately following the 4th Quarter votes, the BFA immediately began deliberating on the yearly awards. As this was the first full year since the Hall of Honour was reactivated, it is safe to say that these decisions were far from easy. Here are the recipients of the 2016 Player and Sim of the Year! 2016 Player of the Year ...
Sovereignty of Kahless Strikes! We are joined by Rear Admiral Joyce in the aftermath of the attack on Starfleet by the recently declared Klingon faction the Sovereignty of Kahless, which has inflicted number of casualties of various degrees on a number of different sides. FNS: First of all, just how bleak is this situation? RADM Joyce: I don’t think that word is sufficient to describe it. We’ve had three commanding officers taken prisoner and two crews have been taken prisoner after their ships were destroyed. We have attempted to retrieve them, but so far we haven’t had any luck. FNS: Which ships have been affected? RADM Joyce: The USS Tornado, USS Tyson and USS Washington have had their commanding...
Profile: Commodore Cantos Federation News Service: Today we're here with the new TFXO for Task Force 99, Commodore Graham Cantos also known as Fallon in BF's IRC and RSB Forums. It's not to have you Commodore. If we may ask, what's your real name? Josh Cochenour: Thank you, my name is Josh Cochenour. FNS: Well, let's get to it. How long have you been simming? JC: Almost twenty years now, but if you want to be specific, it’ll be 19 years I’ve been at it this year. FNS: Wow, that's a long time! Where did you start simming? JC: I started out as a teenager back in the old MSN chat days of simming. I met that guy, Kai, and he had a simm he was running there. I was bored one night and I’ve always...
Rebel Klingons Engage Federation Forces on Arcanus IV Shortly before twelve noon, local time, a fleet belonging to the rebel Klingon houses engaged with Marines from the 19th Marine Expeditionary Unit from Starbase 400 in the Arcanus system. Initial reports put the rebel fleet at somewhere around 30 ships of various types. Opposing them, alongside the planetary defense grid, was the 19th MEU, the three ships that brought them to Arcanus IV, and a detachment of the 181st Fighter Wing and its transport vessel. Initially the Federation forces in orbit were forced to pull back to safety due quite simply to the number of vessels arrayed against them. Planetary defenses were almost as quickly overwhelmed and the Klingons began to deploy their...
November 2016 Awards It's overdue for yet another month, and there is no one to blame but your resident Community Relations Officer. To paraphrase Monty Python, "No one expects the Holiday Influenza!" Now that I'm at least back at a keyboard, it's time for the awards! Task Force 9 PotM: Ambassador Survek, USS Nogura In the words of his CO: Thom, aka Ambassador Survek. A sneaky character with a plan to cause chaos. I cant wait to see how the plot develops when we bring in the True Way. SotM: No nomination this month. Task Force 38 No nominations this month. Task Force 72 PotM: Brigadier General Paul Potter, Task Force Executive Officer BGEN Potter (Moss) has been essential in getting the new TFCO...
October 2016 Awards The Hall of Honour, along with the Task Force Commanding Officers, are pleased to announce the following recipients of our monthly awards. Players of the Month Task Force 9 Ensign Georoni Mykol, Chief Science Officer, USS Nogura In the words of his CO: "David joined us this month and took the opportunity to jump into the plot at the very first opportunity. Since then, he hasn't looked back. He is posting with others and on his own, he tried to save the Captain's symbiont before it died and he has been in regular contact with myself about how he can help the sim. A very welcome addition indeed!" Task Force 38 Commander Paul Toddman, Chief Operations Officer, USS Arizona His...
Changes in the Delta Quadrant We’ve seen a sea of change in the Delta Quadrant, with death, destruction and a new discovery. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything quite like this, but that is the unfortunate reality in the area of the Delta Quadrant the Federation currently operate in. Task Force 38 is the Fourth Fleet’s task force in the Delta Quadrant as part of the Delta Quadrant Initiative. With its focus area of operations being the Round Table (Sector 22 Delta), its main goal is first contact, exploration and providing diplomatic support. Tragically, a surprise and ruthless Borg attack on Starbase 900 meant the orbital facility was destroyed with a massive loss of life. To further add to the...
September 2016 Awards The Hall of Honour, along with the Task Force Commanding Officers, are pleased to announce the following recipients of our monthly awards. Players of the Month Task Force 9 Lieutenant JG Tehja Oldan, Chief of Tactical / Security, USS Jericho From her Captain: "We have been role-playing together for many, many years and I can always count on her to help me push through some difficult and slow posts. She certainly helped in this regard with our most recent post in the Jericho. I value her greatly on all of my ships. She’s a great writer who is very knowledgeable about Star Trek." Task Force 38 Lt. Commander Janey Glyndar, USS Hammersley Janet Glyndar has been an invaluable asset to...
Profile: Admiral T’Lar “We’re here today with one of the longest active simmers in BF. Mel, known to many in BF as Admiral Deela T’Lar. She is currently the Executive Officer of Starbase 400 and recently received the Player of the Quarter award from the Hall of Honor. Mel also plays Doctor Romaine aboard the USS New Hampshire, also in Task Force 99.” FNS- “Mel, thank you for joining us today. Let’s get right to it, when did you get into simming?” Mel – “It was so long ago, I can't remember exactly. I think it was back in 1997 or 1998. My husband and I had just gotten our first desk top computer and I looked up Star Trek and found a chat room. I'd never heard of a RPG or Sim until I was...
Trouble in the Beta Quadrant Since the Canterra Sector was overrun by the Gorn, the way of life in that region of space has changed for its inhabitants in ways they could never imagine. What was once a peaceful and quiet region of space is now a hive of activity as Starfleet attempts to halt the Gorn’s advances... Task Force 93 has a five point mandate, which is to provide incident response to the Gorn invasion in the Canterra Sector, monitor the Romulan Star Empire, protect the Raeyan Transit Corridor, rebuild Starfleet’s presence in the Raeyan Sector and seek peace in the Gavarian Corridor. More recently, there have been a number of issues in the Klingon Empire to deal with as well. Speaking of the...

August 2016 Monthly Awards Wow! August was an incredible month! We at the Hall of Honour, in conjunction with every Task Force Commanding Officer, are please to announce the following winners. Players of the Month Task Force 9 Lieutenant Joey Corwin (Assistant Chief of Security, USS Black Hawk) Since joining, Lieutenant Corwin has been an incredible joy to write with. She isn't one to shy away from a JP from anyone, nor is she one to shy away from danger. Every post she touches magically turns into an awesome contribution to the narrative of the USS Black Hawk. Task Force 38 Lieutenant Cassandra Sanders (Chief Counselor, USS Victory-A) She consistently posts great posts that provide an awesome...
Behind Enemy Lines The crackle of static announces the brightening of a still black screen. The sizzling sound of an electrical short followed by a quietly muttered curse follows. Suddenly the screen turned from black to a fuzzy, dusty grey. Then came a rag wiping the lens off followed by another curse as the screen turned to a close-up of a man’s shirt, so close you could almost tell the thread count. “James, this recording light is on. I think it’s starting to work.” A woman’s excited voice comes from somewhere to the right. “Yeah, but no way to tell if it can transmit, or if the microphone still works.” Came the reply, sounding quietly hopeful. “I’m doing the best I can with...
The Akagi: Mainstay of the Fleet Akagi is a name that has travelled with the history of Bravo Fleet for a very long time now. Even with several different commanding officers and appearances in different Task Forces over that time, the Akagi has finally become a mainstay in Task Force 38 under the command of Captain Aurelia Prendergast. Karen, the commander of this sim, revealed that “this particular version of the Akagi began back in the spring of 2012, originally under the command of Captain Jeff Murdock. When Murdock stepped down in March 2014, the sim was taken over by myself and a new website was created for her.” Karen was an ideal candidate to step up when Murdock stepped down having been aboard the sim since...
Star Trek Turns 50! "Space, the final frontier..." These words, transmitted for the first time on September 8, 1966, launched a global phenomenon. Fifty years later, after 13 movies and over 700 hours of television, Star Trek continues to boldly go where no one has gone before. We at Bravo Fleet wish to toast the science fiction franchise that has brought us all together. Without the infinite backdrop that has inspired our stories, we would never be able to partake in creating our own stories. Here's to 50 more wonderful years! Happy 50th Anniversary, Star Trek!
June 2016 Monthly Awards The Hall of Honours team is proud to congratulate the following players on being awarded the Player of the Month award for June 2016. The Player of the Month (of a Task Force) has shown superior roleplaying ability for the past month. They are nominated by their respective CO upon which the award is issued on behalf of the TFCO by the Hall of Honour, so it is important that you get your nominations in each month. Can we all please congratulate these fine simmers in our community on being named June 2016 Players of the Month? Starbase 400 News [Updated] (Starbase 400-Stardate 69945.3) Hello again, this is Joseph Cronkite reporting. Fleet Admiral Bremer has been arrested! Returning from a Federation/Cardassian conference, Bremer was arrested by Commander Cobb of the Starfleet JAG Corps for the murder of a Cardassian Legit and the destruction of his ship. Bremer denied the allegations, saying he'd spoken to the Legit at the conference but certainty never attacked or killed him. Bremer will be taken to Earth to appear before Starfleet Command and for a General Court Martial, and the Cardassians are demanding he be extradited to stand trial on Cardassia. In other, more happier news, we've learned that Major General Hurd has been promoted to...
May 2016 Monthly Awards Simulations of the Month The Hall of Honours team is proud to congratulate the following simulations on being awarded the Simulation of the Month award for May 2016. The Simulation of the Month (of a Task Force) is awarded to a simulation for its contribution to the Task Force canon, activity, quality, number of players and others. Task Force 9 Simulation of the Month: USS Valcour, Sentinel Group The Valcour has shown itself as an impressive new addition to the Task Force. Whereas it started off slow they have made more than up for it putting out a very healthy posting pace and displaying a great professionalism. The ship is set to achieve great things if they continue their current...
Sim Profile: USS North Star February 2016 was a strong month for the fleet as a whole. Representing Task Force 99 with the Sim of the Month award is a recent addition to the fleet, the USS North Star. This Vesta-class starship is commanded by Captain Cyndi Song. “WOW!” exclaimed Cyndi in an interview with BFNS. “What an honor! I'm stunned and extremely humbled by this. I never expected to gain this award being so new into the Fleet. Many, Many Thanks to everyone who nominated the North Star.” Neither the North Star or its Captain have strong roots in Bravo Fleet as the sim was founded a couple years ago in a different fleet. After seeing firsthand how the dwindling simming community was causing that...
Sim Profile: USS Argonaut In a rare move, the first Sim of the Month Award for Task Force 72 was awarded to a brand new sim in Bravo Fleet, the USS Argonaut. Overseeing eight other players is Commander Michael Cousland, played by Jason. “It is an honor,” says Jason, “to be in Bravo Fleet and to earn this award in our first month here.” Like the Argonaut itself, Jason too is a recent addition to Bravo Fleet, having signed up for service on another vessel before sitting in the Captain’s Chair. “I started to get that itch all us old CO’s get,” he explains. He’s commanded a couple sims before outside of Bravo Fleet, and it was the connections he made over the course of his simming career that...
Starbase 900 Destroyed! In an unexpected return, the Borg have struck with a vengeance. Four Borg cubes were spotted approaching Starbase 900. Instead of their typical assimilation patterns, the Borg mercilessly struck and destroyed Starbase 900. Crewman Apprentice Jonas Gabriel, who was piloting a workbee tending to the nearby Norway-class USS sh’Pavress, didn’t expect to survive. “The sh’Pavress immediately broke its moorings in an attempt to retrieve as many survivors as possible,” he told the Federation News Service. “I watched as she wasn’t tractored, and instead took a cutting beam to the middle of the Engineering hull.” The sh’Pavress suffered what appeared to be a warp core breach...

Sim Profile: Endeavor NX-06 Taking home the first Sim of the Month Award for Task Force 99 this month is none other than the Endeavour NX-06. Commanded by Captain Edward Pearson, the Endeavour is currently simming in the year 2156, two years after the final televised adventure of the NX-01 (not counting the series finale). At press time, ten intrepid writers aboard the Endeavour bravely explore a frontier never explored on the small screen, the Earth-Romulan War. It’s no surprise to learn that the man behind Captain Pearson, J.P. (or CaptainPorthos as he’s known on RSB) has a special place in his heart for Enterprise-Era Trek. “When Star Trek: Enterprise came along,” J.P. told BFNS, “this was my first...
Sim Profile: USS Nogura The beginning of 2016 saw Task Force 9 launch with a record start, scoring a three-digit post count. Emerging as the trend-setter of the Task Force is none other than the USS Nogura, a Sovereign-class starship under the command of Kai, known in-character as Captain Nathan Hunter. With nine writers aboard the Nogura, Kai has fearlessly led the Nogura through the Bajoran wormhole and plunged the ship right into the Task Force Canon to deal directly with the devious Consortium. This unique plot required a different approach for the Nogura as she is something few other sims in Bravo Fleet are not: a transfer. “There were a number of reasons why I chose to bring the Nogura to Bravo...

Trouble on the Horizon for Deep Space 14? Roberta Landis reporting, this just came in from Deeps Space 14 in Task Force 93. The USS Indefatigable has finally arrived at Deep Space 14. It made the journey so slowly that, at times, it seemed like it would never arrive. Accompanying its arrival was that of a fleet bearing thousands of Romulan refugees. Following the tragic Hobus Incident, these unfortunate souls were packed off to Deep Space 12, on the far side of Federation space. Not that there was much to look forward to. DS14 is an abandoned Romulan Ch'Haven Class base in the Xantos system, located near Ge'tura. One look at the station shows why they abandoned it. Few systems are functioning and those that are, often...
What’s Going On With Task Force 93? This just in from the FNS, from the USS Venture who is assigned to the Raeyan Transit Corridor within Task Force 93. Here what’s been happening! After a series of dangerous missions involving both the warring Cardassians and Romulans; the Venture participated in diplomatic negotiations on the neutral planet of Haess III. Blockaded by the Romulans, Haess is a key point along the main Gavarian corridor trade route. Taking over the negotiations for the ship’s new temporary Captain, newly promoted Commander Makayla Perin distinguished herself, laying the groundwork for future negotiations in the region. Meanwhile, Captain Ritter undertook a covert mission to undermine Romulan influence...
USS Carpathia and the Project Full Circle BREAKING NEWS This is Winn Adamo, coming to you live from Starfleet Command on Earth, where earlier today Starfleet Admiral Charles Bennett announced command's intentions to send a team to the Delta Quadrant. Bennett, a Rear Admiral in the Starfleet Operations said, "a single Diligent Class starship" will set off for the far reaches of the Delta Quadrant "in the coming weeks". The ship, USS Carpathia, has been officially assigned to Project Full Circle, a joint Starfleet and Civilian venture. The project came into existence following the successful return of USS Voyager and was originally tasked with dismantling the ship's components to better understand the acquired technologies, as well...
Quarterly Awards – 2015 Quarter 3 Firstly; the Hall of Honour wants to apologies for the delay in these awards. As they were the first to be done by the fleet under the new Hall of Honour; there was discussions within the BFA as to how these would be determined and what the internal process would be to award such awards. That has subsequently been completed and now we have a defined process, so here is hoping that the 4th Quarter awards are sent out much quicker than this time. The Bravo Fleet Player of the Quarter and Simulation of the Quarter awards acknowledge the fine service and commitment to Bravo Fleet made by a particular player and simulation in the preceding three months. Every month, Commanding Officers from...

No Rest For The Weary (Starbase 400-Stardate 69354.7) Hello again, this is Joseph Cronkite reporting. With tensions easing here on Starbase 400 and across the Federation following the destruction of the Borg Unicomplex in the Grenarisa System and the Transwarp Hub being built in the Bra'val Badlands, life aboard this station has settled back into its usual monotony...that was until an unexpected guest showed up. A Changeling has been discovered aboard Starbase 400. Reports from several sources seem to suggest that this Changeling could be one of the 'One Hundred' that the Founders sent out into the galaxy many years ago. Many of you may remember the Changeling known as Odo aboard Deep Space Nine was also one...
Borg? They’re Back! (Starbase 400-Stardate 69121.1) BORG! This is Joseph Cronkite reporting. During the night, several ships departed from Starbase 400, including the Pegasus, Essex, Yorktown, Saratoga, and Venator. We've also noticed the rest of Starbase 400's support ships either assuming orbit of the Station or departing as well. This morning we've learned why from several sources. During the night the Century class USS Houston was attacked and presumably destroyed by Borg vessels in Sector 1372. Everyone was of the same belief that the Borg were annihilated and absorbed into the Caeliar Gestalt in late 2381, but now that appears to be untrue. It is not clear at this time if the Borg that attacked the...
Trouble in the Gamma Quadrant FNS Correspondents aboard Deep Space Nine report that all communications and traffic to and from the Gamma Quadrant have come to a complete halt. All was fine on the morning of May 17, 2388 until 0758 hours when three words were broadcast on all channels: "Pity is Treason." In an instant, all communication ceased and the wormhole hasn't opened since. All attempts to send runabouts, civilian transports, and even Class-Three probes have been met with failure. As of now, more than thirty ships, including those who recently departed Deep Space Nine, remain stranded in the Gamma Quadrant with no way home. One can only hope that foul play isn't afoot. Cybersecurity analysts have proven that...

Inside Starfleet – Interview with FAdm. Oliver Tidwell This week’s Inside Starfleet comes from the Headquarters of the Fourth Fleet. Fleet Admiral Oliver Tidwell. Currently at Deep Space 6, following the signing of the Treaty of Nelvana in Romulan Space. FNS: Thanks for joining me today Fleet Admiral. OT: It's a pleasure to speak with you, Mr. Gillespie, or do you prefer Dean? FNS: Dean is fine. So, the question on everyone's minds right now. How are relations with the Romulans? OT: Depends, are we on the record or off? FNS: On. Hehe OT: Seriously, we have a team of negotiators and diplomats who have most likely averted large scale tensions between the Federation and the interim government of the Romulan Star...

Anyone who received the Player or Sim of the Month Citations During April, May and June 2017 were eligible for these awards, and the winners are decided by the whole of the Bravo Fleet Admiralty.
State of the Fleet 2017Q1 Report In seeking to provide more transparency and clarity regarding the state of the Fleet, I am pleased to announce the release of the State of the Fleet - 2017Q1 report. This report, covering the period of January 1, 2017, to March 31, 2017, summarizes changes that have occurred in the Fleet, ranging from task force story updates and departmental information to changes in our rules and procedures, as well as statistics on the Fleet's various Task Forces and committees. Here is a brief overview of the report: The first quarter of 2017 was a period of great change for Bravo Fleet.

March 2017 Monthly and OOC Awards This month the Player and Sim of the month have been combined with the Monthly Awards thread because of the low number of issued awards… Anyway without further a due let’s start with the Player and Sim of the Month. Sim of the Month TF9: USS Triton TF38: USS Nogura TF72: Deep Space K-17 TF93: Outpost Curtiss TF99: USS Dreadnought Player of the Month TF9: Lieutenant Sr'asi (USS Scorpio) - Orion Great storytelling, activity and extreme commitment to the cause. TF72: Intumesce (Twan); Deep Space K-17 Twan was, and continues to be an...

Task Force 9 Player of the Month: Major Jason Hearnes, USS Triton For showing incredible dedication to keep the USS Triton an active ship in the Task Force. Task...
