It’s an exciting time when one progresses through the junior ranks and reaches the point of making Lieutenant Commander. Meila has worked hard to reach this point and we are excited to submit them forward for Task Force 21’s first Lieutenant Commander promotion. Meila had reached this milestone for completing the following:

Earning at least 20 Service Ribbons
Listing at least 8 characters on BFMS
Reaching at least level 10 on Bravo Fleet’s discord server
Completing a character biography for: Captain Helen Delaney
Earning at least 8 Campaign Ribbons
Earning the Plot Development Program Badge from the Bravo Fleet Academy

A few weeks have passed since Meila (aka a_chaos_gremlin) joined us here in Bravo Fleet but they are already a regular contributor in the discord and a welcome addition to Task Force 47. Today we take the opportunity to recognise their progress along the road as they take their first step out of the Cadet ranks and into the officer rank, Midshipman!

After authenticating their discord account on the server they have been chatting throughout the rooms, becoming a common contributor to the main channel and the 47 Lounge. Shortly after that they completed the New Member Program at the Bravo Fleet Academy, earning their first badge which was quickly followed up by completing the Character Creation Badge for their exciting medical officer Meila Tris aboard Starbase Bravo. Our favourite home in the sky has also played host to Meila’s first exciting fiction earning them 5 Service Ribbons.

Midshipman is an exciting promotion as it opens the door to the fleet’s expansive galaxy by offering access to the California class and the beginnings of the new Fleet Asset system. This is a great time to get your command too as we begin exploring the after effects of our Fleet Action. Congratulations Meila, I look forward to crossing paths out in deep space!
