With the celebrations cut short Vausees and the crew of the Heracles must travel back through the Bajoran Wormhole and into the Gamma Quadrant. Their orders are to track down by any means the location of a Tkon world. All the while the crew and ship are looking for clues to the lost worlds of the Tkon, relationships between the members are forged. Some are more intimate, while others are bonds that not even death could break.

The crew and the ship are put to the test in discovering these hidden clues, does the Tkon truly exist? Only time will reveal its secrets.
