A new ship.  A new squadron.  Old friends.  New Task Force.  A familiar mission.

It all comes back to those simple words that framed many a mission over the generations of space travel, “To explore strange new worlds; to seek out new life and new civilizations; to boldly go where no one has gone before.”

For Capain Helena Dread, it is the command of a three thousand crew Yorktown-Class starship that challenges her.  For the crew that now calls her “Captain”, it is the challenge of renewing old friendships, and making new connections.  All in the deep darkness of the trailing edges beyond Ultima Thule.
