USS Challenger

Mortal Temples

The crew of the Challenger is sent to negotiate a partnership with the people of Antalla V

Mission Description

For within the hollow crown,
That rounds the mortal temples of a King,
Keeps death his court and there the antic sits – ‘Richard II’, William Shakespeare

For centuries, the people of Antalla V lived under Dominion occupation. The planets of the Antalla system were mined for the valuable minerals they held until six years ago, when the Dominion withdrew from the region. Now, the Antallans want to use their natural resources to get their economy moving. Captain Tarven Rix and the crew of the Challenger are tasked with negotiating a partnership with the Antallans that would see the Federation provide technical assistance. However, these things seldom go to plan.

They looked so happy. They were happy—newlyweds on their honeymoon, imagining a long life together.
