It’s that time again when Task Force 47 gets to be in the limelight folks and oh boy do we have some truly awesome things to mention. There have been promotions abound! There have been awards aplenty! And truly awesome stories told by our writers too!

Fiction Updates

  • Atlantis Squadron
    • USS Atlantis – After a near-disaster with the ship’s warp core stranding them at the far end of the Expanse, the Atlantis catches an alien civilisation in the middle of a space race as multiple nations strive to be the first to visit their system’s largest gas giant. Only one of the nations is about to cheat – by breaking the laws of physics.
    • USS Republic – The birth of the New Maquis catches the Republic somewhat by surprise as they are forced into an anti-piracy role. But with their prey from their time in the Cardassian Union still on the loose and now with the New Maquis, Republic is forced to reconsider its approach as threats start to come home. Opting for discretion at this time the crew settle into the grandest of conspiracies – a surprise birthday party for Captain MacIntyre.
  • USS CenturyFollowing their adventures at the edge of Romulan space, chasing sensor ghosts Century has received new instructions from command. Recalled to Deep Space 47 and the Thomar Expanse the ship is abuzz with the pleasant hum of activity as Captain Gar’rath and crew are finally able to return to Starfleet’s most noble goal, exploration.
  • Eos Station – Newly re-commissioned following the fall of the Romulan Star Empire of Rator, this once-forgotten station has a lot of rusty bolts and creaky deck plates for repair as the crew take up their mission to keep watch over the ever-shifting Romulan border. After a hurried red-carpet arrival for the newly appointed Romulan ambassador tragedy struck when an explosion threatened not only the station but also the future of Federation-Romulan relations.
  • USS Vallejo – Life continues aboard Task Force 47’s latest California-Class as they journey out into the turbulent and unruly Thomar Expanse. When a surprise subspace phenomena hits the ship it’s all hands on deck to get the ship back up and running before they become completely stranded in a rarely visited system. But not all is as it seems when the phenomenon leads them to another living being. Captain Day and the crew certainly have their work cut out to avoid losing both the ship and newly encountered beings.
  • USS Helios– As tensions rise in the former demilitarized zone, Helios is assigned to the region in an attempt to keep frustrations from erupting. When young Lieutenant Mitchell, one of the last remaining members of Theta Squad, receives a message from his estranged mother, the whole crew finds themselves on the hunt for a possible New Maquis Bomb plot. As they travel to the unfriendly world of Cyodan II, the crew must make peace with their ghosts as they search for the imminent threat.
