Good Morning, Bravo Fleet!
It’s all been happening since our last report a few months ago hasn’t it? We’ve welcomed a new sibling Task Force, welcome to the galactic frontier Task Force 21 (purple looks good on you). We’ve seen some new and wonderful opportunities in the Bravo Fleet Academy, where you can earn the new Competition Leadership Badge for perplexing and befuddling your fellow members. And perhaps most importantly we’ve embarked on our newest campaign adventure, The Devil to Pay, where we’re delving into the seedy underbelly of the Galaxy!
We’ve also seen some changes within the Task Force, it is with a sad heart we said goodbye to several members including long-time 47’er Mitchell and our very own XO, as Cole chose to step away. We bid them both good luck on their journeys and have asked the great bird for blesséd winds (and a course free of the Borg).
And whilst we are sad to see them go this has opened up opportunities to welcome back old friends, including the orange to the core Captain Theo Barrington (aka Heidi). Heidi joins us with a plethora of experiences from across the fleet and you will have no doubt seen her friendly face around the discord; she brings a wonderful energy and humour to any situation and I am excited to have her back in the 47 ranks. Naturally, one of her several responsibilities is to keep the reigns on my somewhat florid rhetoric, and in the spirit of that, I’d like to offer the floor to her thoughts on returning.
From the Desk of Captain Barrington
“Coming back to Task Force 47 has been like coming home. It was the first task force I held a leadership role in, and I have always had fond memories of my previous time here. So, I am thrilled to be back, and I’m looking forward to catching up with old and new faces, and to supporting our members again.”
There’s been a whirlwind of exciting developments since September and the events of the Labyrinth Fleet Action. We have charted new exciting courses and said both goodbyes and welcomes, but most importantly we have adventured into the unknown together.

Conclusion
By our mission, Task Force 47 seeks to find the way, looking out from the shore towards new horizons and lighting the path into the unknown. I am glad every day to see that our task force members exemplify this spirit of adventure in the real world, both in the Bravo Fleet community and in their daily lives. Getting to journey alongside them in any form is a continually rewarding pleasure.
As we look to the future from the crest of this rising wave, I look forward to seeing where our adventures take us next. The future is full of the unknowns and as we emerge from the dark deeds and galaxy-shifting decisions of the Devil To Pay Campaign, I am sure that Task Force 47 will continue to hold a beacon that lights the way.
