New Bravo Fleet Chief of Staff and 72CO!

Hello all!

It’s my pleasure to announce that Bravo Fleet has chosen a new Bravo Fleet Chief of Staff: LadyBlue! Many of you know her has the steady hand that has guided TF72 since the take over in June. She has done a phenomenal job with keeping 72 steady since then, but also one of her most important jobs was to train someone to eventually take over. As Chief of Staff she will be responsible for keeping the trains running, as it were. The Chief of Staff oversees the fleet registry (which is about to become super important!), maintain standards for competitions, awards, and soon also ranks. It doesn’t sound like much, but once we transition into the new model for Bravo Fleet, it will become one of the center linchpins of the whole fleet (with expected staffing opportunities!).

This leaves a vacancy at the 72CO spot. As I mentioned, one of the big responsibilities I gave to LadyBlue when she was brought in as 72CO was to train up a TFXO who could take over. The original person we had in mind refused, but that left an opening for Billy who has 100% embraced 72, its members, and his positioning as 72XO. As a result, the BFA nominated and confirmed him as the new 72CO moving forward!
