Bravo Fleet
To the members of Bravo Fleet and The Wider Community™:
I start this Relaunch Anniversary announcement/report the same as last year: this has been a good year. In fact, I would say if last year was a “good” year, this year has been great. It has been three years since Bravo Fleet “relaunched” and in many ways it was a completely new start for the organization. Since then, we’ve come a long way. Earlier this year I produced a 2023 Roadmap of where I saw Bravo Fleet going. So far we are right on target, and then some! I can’t tell you how happy I am with how everyone is doing in Bravo Fleet and how much fun everyone is having! We also have our next Fleet Action, The Lost Fleet, less than two weeks away!
I did a similar announcement last year to this one, and so I just want to hit with some year-to-year stats from April 25, 2022 to April 25, 2023:
- Overall, Bravo Fleet has grown another 22% from last year
- We’ve offered up 196 competitions (up 28%) with a total of 1,292 submissions (up 33%)
- Gaming is up with 787 strategic action ribbons (up 4%), 4,322 combat action ribbons (up 114%), and 144 campaign ribbons (up 113%) awarded
- Writing is up with 9,607 service ribbons (up 25%) awarded totaling 2.4 million words written!
- We’ve had 341 promotions (up 20%) with 110 merit awards (up 28%) earned
Bravo Fleet, you’ve spent another year having fun and truly being part of the organization. Thank you all for being here, and here is to an even more awesome 2023-2024!
