Faces of Command: RADM Dowd

It’s always important for a member of Starfleet to know their chain of command. Usually it’s just the position and name that you need to know. However, here in Bravo Fleet we like to go the extra mile, everyone should recognize the face of the person in the chain of command as well. Check out this puzzle featuring the Bravo Fleet’s Communication Officer, Rear Admiral Robert Dowd.
