Criteria

• Submit the decrypted message. You do not need to complete the whole cipher.
• Submissions will be placed based first on completeness and then on time elapsed, as judged by the BFMS competition timer.
• NOTE: This cipher is meant to be challenging. Do not start the timer until you are ready to sit down and complete this puzzle.
