USS Concordat (NCC-78542) is a Dreadnought-class heavy explorer under the command of Captain Richard A. Wellborn.

Assigned to the Excelsior Heavy Explorer Squadron, Concordat supports Starfleet’s border defense and counterinsurgency operations in the Task Force Eighty-Six Area of Responsibility (AOR). Her duties include deterrence patrols, crisis response, convoy protection, allied support, and the suppression of hostile or criminal forces operating beyond the reach of ordinary patrol assets. She is also a visible guarantee to local governments and Federation-aligned worlds that Starfleet’s commitment to their defense is ironclad.
