Akil al-Qadir

Lieutenant al-Qadir is an experimental particle physicist who serves as a staff researcher within the Advanced Science, Technology and Research Activity. Growing up in the Belt, al-Qadir was exposed to the complex processes of mining operations from a young age, which fostered his interest in the field he would go on to later achieve his doctorate in. Akil al-Qadir then entered Starfleet by way of the Officer Candidate School, looking to take his research to the field in ways that only Starfleet could provide.
