Kellan Seltzer

Ensign Kellan Seltzer is the Chief Operations Officer of the USS Ingenuity. A young man of many interests, Seltzer pursued science, engineering and operations in equal parts during the Academy, but as a generalist, he struggled to distinguish himself in any particular way.
