History
Andrew Lawrence Ragvarson was born in a Vancouver Southside Hospital on earth in the year 2355 on September 12th. Andrew grew up in the Vancouver foster system form the time he was two years old to the time he was 16. When Andrew was 15 he had dropped out of school and pursed a life as juvenile diligent, from the time he was 15 to the time he was 17 he had been in juvie on seven defernite occasions. When he was arrested for the final time he was given a option join Starfleet or Jail, he chose Starfleet . In 2372 Andrew shipped to the Mars Technical Academy.
