Summary
People would describe Arwa as a listener that stays neutral in her position at any cost. She would advise the person in their favor rather than in turn of the organization or situation they are bound to. She rarely sees anger or frustration; if Arwa is, she tends to mask her emotions, keeping her poker face up. Though her specialty is listening to other people, she rarely opens up about her feelings and struggles, and only those she recognizes close to her would open up.

History
Early life (2370-2388)
Arwa grew up on Earth in a country called Pakistan. There she received from her family great love and care. Her parents were not involved in Starfleet or the Federation but simply workers on Earth. Arwa was from when she was little, always pointing to the stars wanting to see more. She gained that possibility while her family often traveled to different Federation planets as she got interested in other cultures and their behavior. When reaching the required age for Starfleet Academy, she told her family that she wanted to serve Starfleet, help people with their potential traumatic experiences, and guide them back on the right path. Her family fully supported her in this decision.
Starfleet Academy (2388-2392)
Within the years that she was part of the academy, she was loved by many people as she was very social, kind, and helpful. In other classes, she was average in her performances, but she peeked out as the star in the class Xeno/Sociology. Over the years, she was seen as a promising addition to Starfleet and got a recommendation to be assigned to a good station. Yet this promise got delayed as a counselor was needed on the USS Kennedy, where Arwa started her career as a Starfleet Officer.
USS Kennedy (2392-2400)
The USS Kennedy was assigned to the Cardassian borders to check their development. However, it would soon be noticed that the Kennedy would be involved in various operations that involved the Cardassians. For example, in 2395, the Kennedy was one of the ships responsible for beginning diplomatic channels with the Cardassian Union with small steps to reopen trade lines. Arwa was added to help with these negotiations with the representatives of the Detapa Council.
In 2398 the Kennedy got onto an intercept course to aid a cargo ship that was attacked by a Cardassian vessel. Arriving at the location, the Cardassian ship was nowhere to be found, but Arwa was assigned to the away team to help with mental and physical medical aid to those who required it on the damaged cargo vessel.
From Eos Station to Starbase Bravo (2400-Present)
In 2400 Arwa received notice of an old promise to be filled. She was reassigned to a new location named Eos Station as their Head Counselor. Arwa landed in a dysfunctional outpost with heavy burdens on the crew that felt neglected by Starfleet. Though their records speak chapters by themselves, which was mainly why Starfleet assigned them to Eos Station, Arwa started the challenging assignment to get the administration regulated again. After months of working and even temporarily filling in the gaps as interim First Officer, she managed to get the counseling part of Eos Station in check. While trying to get operations of counseling back on its feet, Arwa was also present as a witness in the JAG case against the cargo vessel that did inhumane actions when USS Kennedy arrived for rescue.
She was asked to fill the position of Deputy Director of Counseling at Starbase Bravo for her extensive and hard work at Eos Outpost. She accepted the position without hesitation due to her experience at Eos Outpost. While it was a stressful situation at the outpost, she felt satisfied with the result she could deliver.
