Summary
Decter Jines is a Starfleet officer and is currently assigned to the USS Themis. A dependable and hard-working officer, Jines had previously been assigned to the USS Odyssey since its launch working in the role of Senior Assistant Chief Operations Officer. He was taught by Captain McCallister while he taught at the academy and was influenced by him to follow in his footsteps by becoming an operations officer. Joining the Themis, with the captain’s blessing, Jines was nervous at first but was ready for his new role.
