Summary
Enlisting shortly after his eighteenth birthday, Victor Seagraves was eager to see the wider universe. More precisely, he was eager for action. With six years of service under his belt and a credential in demolitions, he is an expert in hand-to-hand combat and other destructive tasks. He is the nephew of Vice Admiral Aubrey Seagraves, though he lacks his aunt’s acidic wit; he is relatively shy, a man of few words. After several years on Starbase 4, the Arcturus is his first starship assignment.
