V'Rel

With over 40 years of experience on frontier starships, there is nobody else you’d rather have hovering over you in a bio-bed. She is dedicated to her craft, brilliant and has seen and treated a multitude of bizarre and oddball conditions during her time in the fleet. While she seems outwardly pugnacious, and it shows in her bedside manner, she is deeply dedicated to her patients and will go to any length necessary to help them. She ins’t afraid to go ‘hands on’ with her patients in lieu of a strictly technology only approach to medicine, feeling that it keeps her sharp and grounded.

While ready to retire, Starfleet managed to convince her to stay with the promise of a smaller, less hectic, assignment and she was assigned to the USS Amundsen and was convinced to stay on when the senior staff transferred to the USS Galaxy.
