N'Rana Zherul

Lieutenant Zherul is the medic aboard the USS Blackbird. She is a qualified nurse, but as a specialist in emergency and trauma medicine, trained extensively as a first responder to act as a paramedic. On the Blackbird, she heads up the ship’s small infirmary and provides emergency medical care to the crew, and, when necessary, deploys alongside the ship’s team of specialists on away missions. Cheerful yet professional, she has aspirations of earning her medical doctorate, but prefers to work slowly towards this alongside her front-line service. Aside from thriving under pressure, she’s made it clear she’s chosen her present profession because it’s the best way for a young Starfleet medical officer to not be nailed down in Sickbay.
