Years of service in Starfleet combined with a natural dignified bearing have given him an air of effortless authority. He is not one for easy familiarity, oversharing or loud displays of emotion. His manners of impeccable, his standards high and he possesses a sense of propriety that can make him seem every bit the aristocratic gentleman his accent suggests.

Rupert is deeply loyal, dependable and possesses a warmth he rarely offers freely but gives wholeheartedly once trust has been earned.
