Summary
Dovrah is the enforcer of discipline aboard the Amar. She has a domineering control over all aboard, with a level of confidence that brings even the most hardened warriors to their knees. Her razor-sharp tongue is well-known for having the uncanny ability to slice through even the mightiest of pride. Knowledge is a power she can wield. Leverage is one of her favored instruments with which to control others.
Her shrewd business acumen and keen negotiation skills as a descendant of the Line of Peth led her to great success within House Korvath, and afforded her tremendous respect. Her greater role is that of a commercial intelligence operative for House Korvath. She reports directly to her father, Ogral on her findings. Ogral, as quartermaster and sitting member of the Table of Roads, advises Morak on the House’s business dealings.
History
Dovrah is the daughter of Ogral, who is the son of Peth. She is of the Line of Peth, the quartermaster and merchant-facing line of the House. Peth descendants manage convoy contracts, broker relationships, supply debts, and negotiate salvage disputes.
