Rozu

Commander Rozu presents both stereotype and contradiction.

Heir to an infamous criminal syndicate, this resourceful Orion rapscallion opted for a life of service with Starfleet instead, mostly to annoy his mother who is a fearsome kingpin.

Handsome, unorthodox, brilliant and constantly flaunting the rules, it’s a minor miracle that Rozu has attained the position of Executive Officer aboard the USS Vigilant, until you take a step back to realize that he is an unparalleled ‘people – person’ with sharp instincts and a natural flair for psychology.
