Summary
Soghla’ Rakhden is the armsmaster of the IKS Ch’Tang. Raised in the culture of renewed Klingon assertiveness, Rakhden is aggressive, impatient, and eager to prove strength through decisive action, and attitude that conflicts with the restraint of the Ch’Tang‘s Commander and the preparedness of the Ch’Tang‘s Shipmaster.
