Summary
HoD Kragor is the Captain of the IKS Ch’Tang. A militarist shaped by lessons learned in the Dominion War and post-war era, he is aligned, at face value, with the Koloth bloc, although he prioritizes the long-term security of Klingon space over any particular factional allegiance.
