Summary
Chicago native Lucius Harvey makes a distinct impression on comrades and criminals alike.
Physically imposing, Lucius serves aboard the USS Kirk in the role of Security Chief and is a man who takes no nonsense.
Charged with the security of the vessel and leading the small onboard Security team in boarding action and away teams, Lucius has a nose for trouble and is an exemplar of law and order.
Appearance
Lucius is an African – American male standing 6ft 2ins tall and weighs an impressive 241 lbs. Thickly muscled and barrel chested, he played linebacker during his time at the Academy and is certainly physically imposing – positively filling out his service uniform. He has mournful dark – brown eyes, that suggest his is eternally sorry for what is about to befall someone (usually him) and has a bald head.
Personality
Lucius has a rumbling bass voice and a sombre personae, as if he feels the weight of all the wrongdoing in the universe and is apologetically resigned to righting those wrongs.
Perceptive and observant, he says little and sees lots.
An absolute believer in the mission of Starfleet, Lucius is rigid on matters of law and order and is never quite sure how to factor Ensign Baca into that worldview.
In his off duty time, Lucius is a surprisingly talented Jazz-Trumpeter and enjoys to spend his off duty time immersed in a 20th Century Jazz club program that he has created.
