Summary
Lieutenant Commander Maevir Kross, Starfleet, is the Unification’s Senior Medical Officer. As an El-Aurian, Kross brings a timeless stillness to even the most frantic medical emergencies. Patients often leave his care with fewer scars than they expected — and more insight than they asked for.
Kross joined Starfleet over fifty years ago but chose to remain at the rank of Lieutenant Commander, preferring the intimacy and responsibility of shipboard care over bureaucratic medicine.
Appearance
A tall, slender El-Aurian with pale, ageless skin, dark eyes that seem to see through people, and shoulder-length white hair often pulled back with a simple cord. His voice is soft but penetrating, frequently disarming even the most defensive patients. Kross always manages to be standing in precisely the right place when things go wrong.
Personality
Kross rarely speaks, but always with meaning and intention when he does. He listens more than most, intervenes only when necessary, and sees patterns in people the way others see illness in bloodwork. He is not unnerved by trauma, he has seen centuries of it , but still believes in the individual lives behind each medical record.
