History
Early Life (2366-84)
Marsha grew up in a small town within the Luna colony. Her parents are both scientists on the colony; however, they both studied in different fields than the one Marsha would grow to love. When she was young, her parent would go on short missions to the local planets and when they would come back they would bring her a small present each time as well as an amazing story of where is came from. These may have been to give their child joy with a fantasy of a necklace or bracelet; however, this sparked her passion for history and her path for the future.
Starfleet Academy (2384-88)
Marsha would attend Starfleet Academy on Earth for four years, within her first couple of years she would stay true to her course work making sure to pass exams and grades at a B level however within her final 2 years when working on her specialty she would get distracted and sometimes hyper focused of specific sections of a lesson and due to this her grades would slip to a C level. During her final years, she would become close friends with a girl in her class (Juliette), and even tho they both wanted different careers from their designated specialty, they both kindled an honest friendship.
Ensign (2388-92)
Marsha would spend her first four years out of the academy as an ensign onboard an archeology vessel sent on long expeditions this would be her most formative years in this field and due to her sometimes unhelpful hyperfixations she would butt heads with her commanding officers. However, after four years of being a hard worker, she would gain a promotion.
Liuetentant Junior Grade (2392-96)
This would be her most unexciting position she held; however would be different than what she expected during these four years. She would mentor other Ensigns within her area of science, developing them into amazing assets in her field. Throughout these years, she would gain small merits with her commanders and eventually receive a promotion.
Liuetenant (2396-2400)
This would be her last few years on a solely designated Archeology vessel, being within their leadership, she tried to gain as much experience as a leader while remaining at best in the field. This is where she realised that if she wanted to go further in her career whilst remaining true to her core, she would have to leave and apply to be an xeno-archeologist on federation vessels, although they wouldn’t be dedicated to this role, she would have the opportunity to be in a small group and explore potentially new areas of planets or stumble on a rogue planet.
Liuetenant Commander (2400-Present)
This would be Marsha’s first assignment to the USS San Jose up till 2402, where she would later transfer to the USS Pioneer.
