Summary
Captain Julia Barrett, a seasoned officer with over 25 years of Starfleet service, is known for her calm authority, sharp intellect, and unwavering moral compass. After a self-imposed retirement in 2399, she returned to Starfleet following the events of Frontier Day, answering the call to serve once more in a galaxy on the edge.
Now commanding the USS Unification, she leads with clarity, restraint, and deeply held convictions about the Federation’s ideals — even as those ideals are tested on the frontier.
Appearance
Barrett stands at 5’7” (170 cm), with a lean, athletic build maintained through constrictive habits more than vanity. Her once-auburn hair is now silvery at the temples, often worn in a tight bun or practical twist. Her eyes, a sharp green-gray, carry a penetrating calm.
Personality
