Appearance
Slightly above average height for a human woman, Olivia has a slight, somewhat sparse build that she maintains with a regimented workout schedule. She has dark eyes and keeps her dark hair short, and is often subtly dyed to hide the early strands of grey (lilac is her preferred colour).
Personality
On the surface, Olivia is a disciplined and no-nonsense sort of person. She is the sort to take charge and get things done but not because she wants the limelight of being in charge, but because she’s good at it. The eldest of four children born to somewhat scatter-brained federation scientists honed those skills to a fine edge during her childhood (otherwise they’d have never eaten or had clean clothes), and that can give her a stern edge.
Her outward demeanour however, hides a soft centre. Those she allows close discover that she has a warm heart and is considerate and caring (even if sometimes that caring can be akin to tough love). She can be somewhat of a tough mother hen. Many a crewmember under her command have found themselves ‘under wing’ whether they wanted to be or not.
