Lieutenant J.G. Malcolm Blaine is the Small Craft Flight Lead aboard the USS Lincoln. A wizard at the conn of any small craft, having been practicing since his childhood where he flew civilian freighters on the rim, Blaine is confident and competent, and has a knack for maintaining positional awareness no matter the complexity of the moves he executes.
