Stella Everly

Lieutenant J.G. Stella Everly is the Chief Counseling Officer of the USS Pacific Palisades. A thoughtful, gentle soul, Everly is an excellent counselor but has been held back to due to her soft-spoken nature, landing herself on an engineering utility cruiser that wasn’t top of anyone’s list. Nonetheless, she enjoys her posting due to the diversity of staff that found themselves aboard the Palisades.
