Luke Rawlins

Commander Luke Rawlins is the Executive Officer of the USS Lincoln. Orphaned during the Dominion War, he grew up a drifter, supporting himself doing odd jobs on the fringes of Federation space. Eventually, he found his way to Starfleet, gravitating towards frontier assignments and working in engineering until at last he wound up as Chief Engineer under Captain Cassidy Cayde. When their small patrol ship was retired, and Captain Cayde was granted command of the USS Lincoln, rather than selecting a traditional executive officer, he selected Rawlins due to their strong working relationship on their prior posting.
