Alessa Elara

Ensign Alessa Elara is the Chief Intelligence Officer of the USS Pacific Palisades. Just two years out of the academy, Elara is by far the youngest department head aboard the Pacific Palisades, but her department is also the smallest, including only a couple specialists besides herself. Still, she much preferred the opportunity to lead aboard the California class utility cruiser rather than to get lost as a cog in the machine of a large intelligence department on a more prestigious posting.
