Lars Bauer

Commander Lars Bauer is the Chief Engineer of the USS Polaris. From his unkempt look to his unbridled candor, he is, by most standards, an unconventional pick to lead an engineering department on any starship, let alone an Odyssey class flagship, but he was selected by Admiral Reyes due to his aptitude and the very candor that would typically deter his selection.
